on the speech engine. Users can then build upon the Trigram
Medical Model for their particular practice.

Medical Corpus
All models are built from a corpus of medical reports sorted
by specialty. Current corpus accounts for over 500,000 medical
reports collected from around the United States to ensure
the best possible representation of medical dictation patterns.
Context
Field specific analysis | Each medical specialty is compiled
in accordance with dictation patterns to that specialty.
Orthographics
"Pronunciations" automatically added during installation
routine. Orthographics ensure proper pronunciations as accepted
by the International Phonetic Alphabet or IPA.
Adaptive Words can be added without diminishing accuracy.
Size
Each Trigram language Model contains between 8,000 to 12,000
words to ensure perplexity levels are minimized.
